We took our poppy in there to be groomed, she had her teeth cleaned too, she looked so beautiful We are really happy to it’s this lady, she is amazing and friendly, in feb we going away and our poppy will stay there Thank you for being so professional
I’ve used Kay’s K9 grooming for the first time today, for nail clipping on my Labrador. Only enquired today if she has space and was happy to accommodate us this evening. Fab experience and will be using them again!!

Just wanted to thank you for being so good with Poppy yesterday. She was totally chilled out on the way home and she normally wows the whole time. She obviously enjoyed the pampering like a typical girl!
If anyone has a cat - pedigree or moggy, then please consider Kay's K9 Grooming (Cats and Dogs) on Northey Bank Road - I have a long haired ginger Tom cat that is 50/50 socialised/feral and he will not allow any kind of grooming unless it's on his back. K9 rescued me today (long dirty story) and he has a full on groom in a couple of weeks time. Needless to say they didn't see any claws or teeth (wish I could say the same) Highly recommended
Just wanted to let you know how much improved Coco is now. The shortened 'loop' lead has made a remarkable improvement in her lead walking. Every walk is such a pleasure now and no longer stressful. We give her a bit of long lead walking to give a bit of freedom to find a poo spot. But she's not pulling on the long lead now. She seems to be understanding her place in the family now. Thank you Jonathan for your help and advice.

As Baileys mum I’m so happy at how she is now she is home. Before her medical issues she had been in other kennels always she was ill when she came home so since her leg issues I have not put her in any. Had a good chat with Jon beforehand and explained it all. So happy with everything and will see you again. She is a very happy baby xx

Thank you for having Jake this week. He is like a different dog! He would usually come back stressed from home boarders and take a few days to settle again. He has been so calm since we collected him he clearly had a great time!
What can I say. Amazing. Best kennels by far. The care and attention is second to none, it’s like a holiday home for dogs. We Picked our dog up today after 4 nights. She looked amazing, thank you Kathy, Jonathan. She was so happy. Defo the place for us for our beloved little girl.
I would definitely recommend the kennels, it’s the only place we’ve felt fully comfortable leaving our two!
This is by far the best groomers we have ever been too. The patience and kindness that they show to all of the animals is outstanding. The groom itself is perfect every time.
